About the Program

  • The Michael Gentile Mining & Metals European Roadshow is a week-long program running 19 to 23 October 2026, giving investors direct, in-person access to a select group of mining and metals companies personally backed by Michael Gentile. The week opens with the inaugural Gentile Mining Investor Forum in London, then continues across Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Munich.

About The Gentile Mining Investor Forum in London

  • The inaugural Gentile Mining Investor Forum is a full-day investor conference in London that brings institutional investors, wealth managers, and family offices together with mining and resource companies for structured one-on-one meetings and company showcases. Michael Gentile created this conference to give serious investors direct, in-person access to a select group of companies he has backed with genuine conviction.

  • This invitation-only event brings together around 150 institutional investors, family offices, wealth management firms, and sector-focused high-net-worth individuals.

  • The day opens with a seated breakfast and keynote address from Michael Gentile, sponsored by Canaccord Genuity. Investor meetings follow throughout the day, alongside dedicated Issuer Showcases sponsored by Toronto Stock Exchange & TSX Venture Exchange. A high-caliber lunch with a distinguished speaker panel follows at midday. Beyond the scheduled program, the Investor Lounge is open throughout the day as a dedicated space to connect between sessions, before the day closes with a Networking Reception, both sponsored by Investor.Events.

  • The Investor Lounge, sponsored by Investor.Events, is the Forum's central hub for the day, where investors and issuers pass through and connect between formal sessions. The Forum closes with a networking reception, the final opportunity to connect before the program wraps.

  • Yes, we have arranged courtesy room blocks with preferred rates at several hotels near the venue, spanning a range of price points, for Sunday, 18 October through Tuesday, 20 October. Extended stays before or after these dates may be available upon request; please contact the hotel directly to arrange any additional room nights. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations directly with the hotel of their choice. Amvest Capital is not able to book or pay on your behalf. All rates are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted. Room blocks are limited and released as each hotel's cutoff date passes, so we recommend booking early, particularly at hotels in high demand.

ABOUT The European Roadshow

  • After the Gentile Forum in London, the roadshow continues onto Paris (20 October), Frankfurt (21 October), Zurich (22 October), and Munich (23 October).

  • Each city follows a similar format: a Breakfast Conversation with Michael Gentile to open the morning, followed by structured one-on-one and small group investor meetings. At midday, an executive lunch features Michael's keynote address and back-to-back issuer presentations, before meetings resume through the close of the day.

  • Six companies from Michael's portfolio join the full Roadshow and present in all four cities, in addition to London. The remaining companies are part of the London Forum only. The six companies taking part in the full roadshow are:

  • Yes, each city follows the same general structure, though specific timings and venues vary. Visit each city's page for details, and the final schedule of the day will be shared in advance with registrants.

  • Room blocks are not arranged for Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, or Munich. If you choose to travel from out of town for any of these stops, you are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodations.

Registration & Attending

  • Registration is open for the Forum and for each Roadshow city. Links can be found in the menu at the top.

  • Registrations are reviewed by our team before being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once your registration has been approved.

  • Meetings are curated based on genuine investor interest. The program uses Swapcard for registration and meeting scheduling. Once registered, you will be able to view issuer profiles and build your own schedule directly through the platform. Our team will also assist in scheduling meetings.

  • Review the list of participating companies ahead of time and note which ones you would like to prioritize for one-on-one time. Meetings are curated based on genuine investor interest, so the more specific your interests, the better we can tailor your schedule. You will also be able to request meetings with issuers via the meeting platform, and instructions will be provided once it opens.

  • Yes, you are welcome to attend part of the day or just the lunch. We do encourage investors to take at least one meeting with the attending issuers if your schedule allows.

  • If your availability changes after registering, contact our team as soon as possible so we can update your schedule and offer your meeting slots to another investor.

  • Every attendee much register and be approved to attend any part of the week’s activities. Make sure that whomever you plan to attend with has registered themselves.

  • Business-professional attire is expected throughout the program.

  • Yes. You will be asked about any dietary requirements when you register, and our team along the various venues will do our best to accommodate you. If you did not let us know when you registered, or your needs change, reach out to our team by Thursday, 4 October.
